Are all flavours available eggless?

Yes, every single one of our 15 flavours is 100% eggless, all the time, with no exceptions. This is not a special option or a subset of the menu. It is simply how we bake. Our flavours include Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla, Mango, Strawberry, Blueberry, Butterscotch, Ferrero Rocher, Rasmalai, Lychee, Pineapple, Tiramisu, Black Forest, White Forest, and Cookies & Cream. We developed every recipe from scratch to deliver the same moist, flavourful result you would expect from a traditional cake. Whether you are ordering a simple two-tier birthday cake or an elaborate multi-tier wedding cake, the flavour stays completely eggless. This makes our cakes ideal for families, community events, and anyone celebrating where eggs are not a dietary option.
How far in advance do I need to order?

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for all custom cake orders. This gives us enough time to prepare fresh ingredients, complete any fondant or sugar work, and have your cake ready at its absolute best. For standard birthday or celebration cakes this window is usually plenty. However, if your design is more involved, such as multi-tier wedding cakes, detailed character themes, or large event orders feeding 80 or more guests, we strongly recommend reaching out 3 to 5 days before your event date to secure your slot. Popular weekends and public holiday periods book out quickly, so the earlier you message us on WhatsApp, the better. We work to your deadline and will always confirm your pickup time when the order is placed.
Can I order a cake from a photo I found online?

Absolutely, this is one of the most common ways our customers order. Simply send any photo or screenshot via WhatsApp and we will tell you what is achievable, usually within a few hours. We can recreate most designs you find online or on social media: floral and botanical cakes, printed photo cakes, themed character cakes for kids, elegant wedding tier cakes, drip cakes, and more. Our bakers work in buttercream, fondant, and ganache finishes. If an element of the original design cannot be replicated exactly due to ingredients, scale, or timing, we will always let you know upfront and suggest the closest alternative. Every custom cake is fully eggless, made to order, and matched to your specified size, flavour, and pickup date.
Do you deliver cakes?

At this stage we operate on a pick-up only basis. We do not offer delivery, and this is a deliberate choice. Custom cakes, especially tiered or fondant designs, are fragile in transit and we want yours to arrive at the table exactly as it left our kitchen. You can collect your cake from either of our two Sydney locations: Harris Park in the Parramatta area (open daily 11 am – 10 pm) or Riverstone in Sydney's northwest (Mon–Fri 6 am – 8 pm, Sat–Sun 7 am – 7 pm). When you place your order we will confirm which location suits you best and lock in a pickup time. If you have questions about accessibility or parking at either location, just ask us on WhatsApp and we will help you plan ahead.
Are the cakes suitable for Jain diets?

Our cakes are 100% eggless and fully vegetarian, which means they already meet the core dietary requirements followed by many Jain customers. We do not use eggs, gelatine, or animal rennet in our recipes. Many of our regular customers follow Jain dietary principles and order with complete confidence. If you have more specific requirements, for example confirming that a particular decoration or flavouring is free from certain ingredients, we are happy to go through the details before you commit to an order. Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your requirements and we will confirm in writing what is and is not in your cake. We take dietary requests seriously because we understand the trust our community places in us.
